Imagine yourself in the centre of the Indonesian archipelago, between the islands of Sumbawa and Flores in the lesser Sunda Islands, surrounded by crystal clear waters teaming with manta rays and other marine life on some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world!

The north of Komodo has warm and clear waters with beautiful hard corals, whereas the south of the archipelago has cooler waters and big deep-water upwellings, which bring in nutrient rich waters and with that , lots of manta rays!!

We always try to pick the best time of the year to visit each location and early September is the best time of the year for all the big guys: sharks, manta rays, dugongs, turtles, eagle rays, dolphins and more!

Maldives Master Liveaboard Trip 2020Liveaboard Trip: Turqoise Waters of the Maldives

30 May – 8 June 2020

$4985 (incl all meals, 18 dives – ex ADL price)

We just can’t get enough of the Siren and Master Fleet and have booked yet another amazing liveaboard destination for you to explore! The beautiful turquoise waters of the Maldives set the stage for an incredible diving adventure!

The Maldive Islands are a mecca for divers, with crystal clear waters, incredible visibility and lots of pelagic action! We’ll be diving beautiful coral reefs and pinnacles (Thila and Giri) as well as large channel drift dives! We’ll be looking for beautiful manta rays, whale sharks, reef sharks, turtles and large schooling predators like jacks and barracudas!

The Maldives Master liveaboard will run the Pelagic Encounter itinerary for us, which travels further south to Vaavu with the sole purpose of seeking out the larger pelagics. Channel diving is offered to maximise our chances of pelagic encounters and we’ll visit the must-see manta cleaning stations in the south! Expected diving locations include famous sites like Fotteyo Kandul (Vaavu Atoll), Guraighoo Kandu and Kamdooma Thila (South Male Atoll) and Fish Head (North Ari).

The Maldives Master is a beautiful vessel with 4 separate sun decks! The ocean deck is a unique feature allowing guests to relax in the open air while close to the water. On many evenings the flood lights will illuminate the water just off the ocean deck to attract plankton which can bring in manta rays and whale sharks. There have been many close sightings of feeding mantas and whale sharks from this deck, so make sure you have your camera ready.

The Maldives have a tropical climate and clear warm waters. The water temperature is approximately 29 degrees year round. Worldwide Dive & Sail (the owners of the Master and Siren Fleet) and Dive Adventures have made us an incredible deal on this one: just $4985, including flights ex Adelaide and all meals included! Payment plan available (deposit + $75 per week).

Fiji Beqa Lagoon Dive TripBucket List Trip: Bull & Tiger Sharks in Beqa (Fiji)

24 July – 1 August 2020

$3799 (including all meals, ex ADL price)

The Beqa Lagoon shark dive is the world’s number one shark diving location. You can see up to eight species of sharks in a single dive: blacktip reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, silvertip sharks, tawny nurse sharks, sicklefin lemon sharks and the two largest predators in the tropics: bull and tiger sharks!

We will be staying at Beqa Lagoon Resort (BLR). A beautiful island resort with the most professional diving school in the region. The best thing about BLR is that the resort has it’s own shark dive site, where you are pretty much guaranteed to see tiger sharks. The site is getting very regular visits of tiger sharks (we saw lots of tiger sharks over 4 dives last year!) and on their busiest days, they can get an impressive 10(!) tiger sharks in one day!

Besides the amazing experience of diving with the bad boys (and girls), this trip is loaded with value, as we have organised a total of 10 boat dives (2 per day) as well as UNLIMITED shore diving on the house reef at the resort! The house reef has beautiful corals, lots of rays and an elusive seahorse on it and slopes to a maximum depth of 25 metres, so it’s perfect for day and night diving! And did we mention all meals are included in this trip (so you will just be paying for your drinks!).

Because of the beautiful tropical climate of Fiji, the waters are nice and warm and form the ideal stage to explore the ocean all day long! The reefs in Beqa Lagoon are teeming with marine life and corals, all waiting to be explored! We will be going in the middle of dry season (their dry season is from June – September). Water temperatures around this time of year are about 25-26 degrees, so we recommend a 5mm steamer for this trip.

We’re staying in Beqa’s most beautiful beach front deluxe bungalows, each with its own private plunge pool, large sundeck and garden and have FREE nitrox included on all dives (SAVE $150)!

Get away from Winter and sign up for next year’s Fiji trip with us. We’re flying  ex Adelaide (via Melbourne to Nadi) and Dive Adventures have made us another awesome deal at just $3799 (or just a $800 deposit with a weekly payment plan)! Beqa Lagoon is extremely popular and the most popular weeks (the Winter months here in Australia) are already booking out now.

To book, simply send us an email and we will send you an online booking link. At the time of booking a deposit of $800 is required to secure your spot.

Red Sea Liveaboard TripLiveaboard Trip: Red Sea Sharks & Rays 2019

4 – 14 June 2019

$5499 (including all meals on board, ex ADL price)

Join us on our Red Sea liveaboard trip aboard the Emperor Asmaa in 2019! We will be diving the world famous southerly reefs of the Red Sea: St John’s, Daedalus, Elphinstone and the Brothers Islands (where chances are highest to see the elusive oceanic white tip shark)!

We’ve made sure to plan this in the best marine life month of the year, so we’ll be smack bang in the middle of schooling hammerhead, whaleshark and manta ray season.

Above all, the Red Sea is renowned for its healthy reefs, which remain stable and healthy at a time when other major reef systems are suffering from the effects of climate change and marine pollution. In total, the reefs of the Red Sea support more than 220 different species of hard and soft coral. Together, these corals provide the basis of an ecosystem that offers both food and shelter to more than 1,100 species of fish, almost a fifth of which are found nowhere else on Earth!

We’ve got 17 dives included in this package and they’re all day dives. Night dives are not allowed in the marine parks.

The best thing about liveaboard diving is that you get started with your diving pretty much immediately after waking up! When the land based resorts are serving breakfast, we’ll already be in the water for the first dive getting the best possible view of the sharks! You jump out of bed for a quick light snack and wake up with the sharks of the Red Sea before having a big breakfast back on board after the first dive! On the liveaboard we are able to venture further out to the southern reefs to experience some of the best diving the Red Sea has to offer!

This is a BIG animals trip with a focus on large sharks and dolphins. The boat is going to move a lot to get us to the best spots (where the action is happening) and we’re right in the middle of hammerhead season, so fingers crossed for schooling hammerheads!

Besides the sharks, expect big rays, dolphins and big pelagics. Whatever we’re going to see, most of it will be big!!

This is a flexible itinerary, focussing on action dives! The Summer months in Egypt (May – August) are best-known for the variety of sharks visiting some of these remote offshore reefs. Be prepared for constantly changing diving plans as we will go where the action is. Our guides select the best possible action sites to visit based on their immense local knowledge and on insider-data on recent activity including a variety of Red Sea sharks, dolphins and anything else that chooses to join the party!

Nitrox is included in the price and so are all meals and all soft drinks (+ red wine during dinner)! This is an all inclusive liveaboard (apart from beers)!

Get away from Winter and sign up for this all inclusive luxury liveboard trip to the Red Sea. The Emperor Fleet and Dive Adventures have given us an excellent price for this trip: just $5499 (or just an $800 deposit with $100 a week on a payment plan).
