What we are looking for:

Broaden your horizon and grow your skills by joining the Diving Adelaide team. For instructors we offer the opportunity to gain valuable experience by teaching the full range of courses, from open water to divemaster, every week! We run at least two open water courses every single week and train almost 1000 divers per year, making instructors that have worked at Diving Adelaide highly sought after in the industry!

Our bricks and mortar facility in Adelaide, houses both our retail showroom and Online Dive Gear, Australia’s largest online scuba diving store! We’re always looking for highly motivated individuals at any stage of their career for roles in our fulfilment centre, retail sales, customer service team and for marketing, content writing and design.

Job Requirements

Dive Instructor and Divemaster roles:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Teaching or guiding experience is a plus, but not a must
English speaker
Current driver’s license (both automatic & manual)

Fulfilment centre, retail sales, customer service, design and marketing roles:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level organisation skills
Digital literacy
Proactive approach and big smile attitude
Preferably available full time from Tuesday to Saturday (38 hours)
Available for at least 2 years (must be AUS/NZ resident or have a long-term working visa)
We like to take advantage of our staff’s strengths so the job can be moulded to your skill set
Divemaster or Instructor Qualifications are a plus, but not a must
Applicants must be legally employable in Australia long-term.

The ideal candidate is someone who has affinity with the ocean (being a scuba diver is a plus, but not a necessity, as dive training is what we do best), who has a genuine desire to help customers, solve issues and go the extra mile.
