PADI Course Director

Join the elite and teach the next generation of instructors by becoming a PADI Course Director!

PADI Course Director Training Course (CDTC)

The PADI Course Director Training Course (CDTC) is held several times a year and is run by other PADI course directors and examiners!

The CDTC cannot be run by a dive centre and as such is not a Diving Adelaide course. It is the highest and most respected PADI recreational instructor level for the industry’s most influential instructors and role models.

To become a PADI Course Director (CD), a PADI Master Instructor must earn a spot in the CDTC by applying directly to PADI. During the application process PADI will examine your experience, training goals, training locations, ties to the industry and business plan. This is a highly competitive process and a lot of time and effort is required to secure a position on the CDTC.
