We run regular social dives for all our ex-students. These dives are completely free to join!
All ex-students are automatically added to our newsletter to stay in touch and keep up to date with our social dives! We run these dives regularly all over South Australia and they’re completely free to join (excluding rental gear)!
As these are social dives, you can either following along with the group or head off in your buddy pair, it’s totally up to you!
The Divemaster for the dives will bring any required rental gear down to the dive site (and back to the dive centre afterwards – and will even do the washing!) and will do a thorough briefing of the dive site and all diving protocols.
No dive buddy? No problem! We can get you paired up with a buddy in no time or you can buddy up with the Divemaster for the day. Perhaps you’ll make a new dive buddy for life!

We run regular social night dives on weekday nights! If you have never done a night dive before or if you’re feeling a little nervous, don’t worry! We’ll be diving the reef right next to the illuminated Port Noarlunga Jetty and the entry and exit point will be clearly marked for your first ever night dive!
We recommend renting both a primary and a backup torch for your first night dive. Your Divemaster or Instructor for the evening will do a thorough briefing to cover all the night diving protocols you need to know and will be with you every step, or kick, of the way!
Would you prefer to book a private guide for your night dive instead? Our guided night dives are surprisingly affordable, especially if booking in for the dive with a group of dive buddies!
Please note the social dives we run are specifically aimed at our ex-students to give those who have completed their course with us the opportunity to go diving regularly and at low costs.
Our social dives are usually announced on short notice, once we know what the weather forecast is like for the week. We usually pick the best day or night of the week to schedule the social dive(s) and notify our ex-students right away.
If you haven’t done a course with us, but would like to come diving with us, we highly recommend our guided leafy sea dragon tours. The leafy sea dragon is an endemic species (meaning you can only see it in the southern waters of Australia – nowhere else in the world) and is on almost any diver’s marine bucket list!
