Amazing conditions this weekend on the Open Water Diver Course! On Saturday Grant started with a pool session in the morning and took the guys out for their first ocean dive at the Port Noarlunga Jetty!

On day two of the weekend, Grant decided to drive down to Rapid Bay for the other three dives, as the Dive For Cancer event was on at Port Noarlunga, which attracted almost 100 divers, so running the course there as well wasn’t a good idea. The old Rapid Bay Jetty is one of the best jetty dives we have in South Australia, so everybody was happy to drive the extra hour to dive here, especially since the visibility had been very good at Noarlunga on the Saturday!

As expected, the conditions were great again with over 10 metres visibility under the old jetty and even more on the sand! All four students completed all the skills with Grant and after doing the skills on Sunday they are now our latest group of Open Water Divers!
